Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Free in-store pickup is available in Québec City.

Estimated delivery times :
Canada: 3 to 10 business days
United States: 1 to 3 weeks
International: 1 to 4 weeks

International shipping outside Canada and the United States is available at a flat rate of $48.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us by email and include photos of the problem. We will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.

We do not offer refunds. However, an exchange may be possible depending on the situation.
